Personal Care

Our Domestic Assistance services are designed to maintain a clean, safe, and organised home environment, enabling you to live
independently and comfortably. We offer flexible and reliable support for essential household tasks, all performed with attention
to detail and strict adherence to hygienic standards.
  • Hygiene Assistance: Support with showering, bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
  • Mealtime Support: Assistance with nutritious meal preparation and eating/drinking, adhering to all dietary requirements.

Domestic Assistance

Our Domestic Assistance services are designed to maintain a clean, safe, and organised home environment, enabling you to live
independently and comfortably. We offer flexible and reliable support for essential household tasks, all performed with attention
to detail and strict adherence to hygienic standards.
  • Housekeeping, Cleaning & Kitchen Care: General tidying, dusting all surfaces, vacuuming, mopping floors, and ensuring clear pathways for safe mobility within the home. This includes the thorough cleaning of the kitchen area, washing dishes, sanitising counters, and wiping down appliances to maintain a hygienic and functional space.
  • Meal Preparation: Assistance with planning and preparing healthy, nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs, restrictions, and cultural preferences. This service covers the preparation of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and bulk-cooking.
  • Laundry Management: Complete handling of laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting clothes away. This service also includes specific tasks like ironing upon request.
  • Essential Shopping & Errands: Assisted grocery shopping, either accompanying you to the shops or completing the shopping list on your behalf. We also assist with essential errands outside the home to ensure you have fresh supplies and necessities.
 
  • Changing Linen: Making beds and changing bed linen and towels to ensure fresh sleeping and bathing environments.

Commercial Cleaning

  • Office & Workplace Cleaning: Daily, weekly, or fortnightly cleaning of desks, common areas, restrooms, and kitchens.

Gardening & Lawn Care

NDIS participants, and Aged Care recipients of JJ Community Care.
  • Routine Maintenance: Lawn mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and tidying garden beds.
  • Safety & Insurance: The service is delivered by fully trained staff and is fully insured for your protection.
  • Equipment Supplied: We arrive ready to work—all necessary equipment is supplied by JJ Community Care.
  • Accessible Outdoors: Tailoring services to ensure NDIS and Aged Care clients can safely enjoy their gardens.

Fully Insured Care Services

All services are delivered by appropriately trained and authorised staff in accordance with individual care plans, organisational
policies, and relevant Australian legislation and regulatory requirements. We provide care and support services for clients under
NSW & VIC insurance and workers compensation claims.

Registered Nurse – Specialist Clinical Support at Home

Our Registered Nurses provide expert care for people with complex health needs — right in your home. We work with you, your
family, and healthcare providers to support independence, safety, and wellbeing.
